The cottages will be available from 4 pm on the day you arrive, and we must ask you to have left by 10am on the day of departure to allow us time to prepare for the next arrivals.
In addition to the rent we require a 'damage surety deposit' of £100.00 but this will, of course, be returned after you leave, providing everything is left as you found it.
Short Breaks
The cottages are often available for Short Breaks of 3 nights (minimum), or longer. Rates vary but, as a rough guide, a 3 night stay works out at 66% of the weekly rate for the time of year. Flying to Inverness with (say) Easyjet, and hiring a car, makes this a very cost effective way of enjoying a long weekend amid glorious scenery and in a peaceful and tranquil environment.
Payment
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent due, plus the damage deposit, to confirm a booking - with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. (8 weeks for those coming from abroad).
The rent includes electricity, central heating and all bed linen and towels.
Booking arrangements will normally be made by e-mail, and you will then be sent a booking form etc. by post, to return with the deposit due to confirm the booking. You will also be sent written details of the cottage, and directions on the best way to get here.
