Please contact us by e-mail using the link above, to make an enquiry or to arrange bookings; don't forget to include the dates you want to come, specify whether The Meeting House, Ardoch Bothy or Gracie's Cottage (or either), your telephone number and how many of you there would be.

Booking arrangements will normally be made by e-mail, and you will then be sent a Booking Form to return with the deposit due, to confirm the booking. You will also be sent written Directions showing the best way to get here.
 
The cottages will be available from 4 pm on the day you arrive, and we must ask you to have left by 10am on the day of departure to allow us time to prepare for the next arrivals.

Payment

In addition to the rent we require a ‘damage surety deposit’ of £100.00 but this will, of course, be returned after you leave, providing everything is left as you found it.

We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent due, plus the damage deposit, to confirm a booking - with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. (8 weeks for those coming from abroad).

The rent includes electricity, central heating, all bed linen and towels, free WiFi, free calls to most UK landlines, and an initial basket of logs.
